Mrs Harrison has recently had her carpets cleaned by us and this is what she said:-
White Rose Chem-Dry visited my home in Ilkley to help me after I spilt red wine over my new lounge carpet.
I must say I am very impressed with the service I have received, the stain was removed completely with no fuss. I will never use any one else now, the technician was friendly, polite and worked efficiently.

TOP TIP #1- When accidents happen
Act immediately before the spill spreads too far or penetrates the fibres:
- Scrape up solids with a spoon or palette knife, always work towards the centre of the spillage to avoid spreading it further.
- Blot up liquids with a clean white cloth or paper towel. Do not rub the affected area, as this might cause the liquid to penetrate further into the carpet or fabric fibres.
- Most spillages that are allowed to dry overnight will become difficult to remove. Hot tea and coffee in particular, if they become heat set, can result in a permanent stain.
