Thank you very much for organising the carpet clean at 65 Fulford Place last week. I understand from the agent that the carpet was 'unrecognisable' from its previous condition! I would like to thank you and your company for being so helpful, co-operative and efficient. As I live 200 miles away from the property, it was most useful to be able to arrange and pay for the clean by telephone and to have your company take over the responsibility for the job!
