Meet our expert team of Senior Technicians, Support Staff and RFPWATP’s (Really Friendly People who Answer The Phone).

 Mr Martin Beanlands BDMATech (Managing Director and co-owner)  Martin served for 18 years in the Royal Air Force before purchasing with wife Debbie, our first Chem-Dry licence in West Yorkshire back in 1997.  Martin is a huge Leeds United fan and likes to relax with wife Debbie, family and Edwin the Chocolate Labrador. 

  Mrs Debbie Beanlands (Financial Director and co-owner)  Debbie like Martin is dog mad, her ideal scenario would be to open a rescue centre for old retired working police and guide dogs for the blind, to give them some well deserved love and attention in their lasting days. 

  Mr Peter Armitage (Facilities Manager)  Peter joined the team in 2007 after spending most of his working career in haulage and removals where he owned and operated some very successful businesses.  Peter likes to keep everything shipshape and organised.

  Mrs Karen Jeffreys (Office Manager)  Karen joined the team in 2006 as a part time receptionist, Karen has worked her way up and was promoted to Office Manager 2010.  Like Peter Karen likes to keep everything in order.

  Mrs Tracey Hodgson (Insurance Team Leader)  Tracey joined the team back in 2000 when we operated from Steeton.  Tracey loves her job and is a bundle of energy, she runs her department to the letter and ensures everyone knows about it. 

  Mr Mark Adams (5 Star qualified Senior Technician)  Mark or Lurch as he is lovingly known has worked in our team since 1998.  Mark has an infectious personality and is adored by his customers.  Mark is a big Rugby League man with the Rhino’s being his team, Mark’s son Jack is currently playing for Bradford Bulls at their academy.

  Mr Peter Kershaw BDMATech (5 Star qualified Insurance Technician)  Peter joined early 2011 from Belfor UK restoration, Peter has also worked for Munters and another Chem-Dry franchise based in Leeds.  Peter brings a vast expanse of knowledge and experience to the team, and is also a big Leeds United fan.

  Mr Tom Beanlands (5 Star qualified Technician)  Thomas joined his Mum and Dad after leaving school in 2007.  Thomas has just returned from travelling Australia, where he worked for Chem-Dry Quick-Dry in Sydney.  Fitness fanatic Thomas is aiming to complete many endurance challenges including the London Marathon 2012.

  Mr Kevin Harrison (5 Star qualified Technician)

  Mrs Sandra Midgeley BDMATech (5 Star qualified Technician)  Sandra ran her own Chem-Dry franchise with her husband Miles, before selling to Manchester based Finesse, Sandra is one of the best carpet and upholstery cleaning technicians in the entire Chem-Dry network.

  Miss Claire Smith MSc (Administrator)  Claire has been with the team since 2010, and runs our busy reception and switchboard.  Claire has just passed her Masters Degree, so we’ve got to salute now and call her ma’am.

  Mr Patrick Kenny (Apprentice Technician)  Patrick started on an apprentice training scheme in August 2011.  Patrick is a Burnley fan and he likes to go to as many games as possible.  Patrick is sitting his 1 Star exam in December so we will let you know how he gets on.

  Mr Aran Brayshaw (Apprentice Technician)  Aran also started on an apprentice training scheme in August 2011.  Aran is the youngest member of our team, and has settled in very easily, always on the go Aran constantly smiles and really enjoys his work, like Patrick,  Aran sits his 1 Star training exam in December.

Sir Edwin Gray MBE (Executive Director)

   Sir Edwin has been with the team for 11 years now and he loves walking in the Yorkshire Dales where the weekly board meetings take place, but most of all he likes having his tummy tickled.
